Facilities

Our facility began as a 60,000 square foot warehouse and has grown into a 157,000 square foot distribution center servicing a majority of Alabama and sections of Tennessee.

Our last expansion was completed in May of 2001. Our facility now houses a 6,000 square foot meat processing center that can accommodate up to 40 meat cutters at a time. Our meat coolers are capable of storing 80,000 lbs of fresh poultry and 400,000 lbs of fresh meat. Along with the meat processing area we have a produce preparation area containing four coolers to accommodate dry, wet, and standard produce.

Designed with safety and sanitation in mind, these additions consist of non-porous walls, and are cleaned every 24 hours. With the 2001 expansion we also added a commercially equipped test kitchen and dining area.

Our mobile fleet comprises 28 tractors, 2 straight trucks, and 33 multi-unit temperature controlled trailers.
